As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to connect and amplify educator voices — bridging classrooms, cultures, and continents so that every student in the world receives the best possible education.

From a Blog to a Global Movement
SchoolRubric started as a blog created by a small group of international educators who had spent a decade living and working in international schools before relocating to the United States. They wanted a place to share their experiences as teachers and administrators navigating the transition from K-12 to higher education.
What surprised them most was the response: stories from one corner of the world resonated with educators on the other side. It became clear that there was real power in connecting people across borders — not just to share experiences, but to build something meaningful together.
That insight became SchoolRubric's foundation: relationships matter, diversity is a strength, and every educator has something worth sharing.
