Allyson is an IB Psychology teacher at ACS International School in London. In the interest of full disclosure, she received her children’s yoga teacher training from Kidding Around Yoga and yoga teacher training from Jenny and Blair through Breathing Space Yoga Studio in Halifax, Canada.
